Having no internet
connection at home, I probably haven't seen as many internet sites as you
have; nevertheless, here are those I liked most out of the few I've seen,
and I'll take a look of your own or of your preferred site as well, if you
signalize it to me.
High technological sites with animations or special effects do not impress
me at all if they've got nothing to communicate besides the technical skill
of their webmasters. I can enjoy a simple site more than a professional one,
providing it has something to say and does it in an artistic or poetical,
though simple manner. For example http://selvatici.noblogs.org
Sometimes, a theme, an image, the memory of a beloved author is enough to
gain my sympathy, as in the case of www.walden.org
In other cases I find the name of a site so beautiful, that its webmaster
doesn't need many more efforts to confirm the first good impression he or
she made on me through the chosen name, e.g. www.thegreenmeadow.co.uk
